Part Time Travel Coordinator
Role Description
This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, creative, and excited to support the behind-the-scenes work that brings luxury trips to life. You’ll assist advisors with itinerary building, trip proposals, and client-facing documents, while also helping with social media content and keeping our visuals polished and on-brand. Expect a mix of admin tasks and creative projects—perfect for someone who loves both systems and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Assist advisors with building itineraries and preparing polished proposals
Work closely with DMCs, hotel partners, and suppliers to finalize trip details
Support social media tasks - creating visuals, drafting captions and light scheduling
Create and update polished travel documents for clients
Assist with research, proposals, and post-trip follow-up
Ensure every trip reflects the high standards of Curated by Caitlin
What We’re Looking For:
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable with Canva, Google Drive, and learning new platforms
A strong written and verbal communicator
Social media savvy with a good eye for aesthetic
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Previous experience in the travel, hospitality, or events industry
Design or content creation experience (Canva, Social, Squarespace etc.)
Bonus Points For:
Travel, hospitality, or events background
Experience with itinerary platforms like Travefy or AXUS
This Role Is:
Part-time to start (flexible hours, approximately 10-15 hours per month)
Remote, but requires excellent communication

Role Description
This role is ideal for someone who loves to plan, build client relationships, and create thoughtful, highly personalized travel experiences. Whether you’re an experienced advisor ready to plug into a trusted brand—or someone newer to the industry with a passion for travel and a knack for organization—we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll manage the trip-planning process from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up, working closely with global partners and top-tier hotels to design seamless, elevated itineraries. Training and mentorship will be provided for newer advisors, while experienced advisors will have the flexibility and support to grow their portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their travel goals
Design custom itineraries tailored to each traveler’s interests, travel style, and budget
Communicate with hotel sales teams, DMC's and global partners to confirm arrangements and secure VIP perks
Create polished proposals and final travel documents
Stay current on destination knowledge, hotel openings, and industry news
Provide excellent service throughout the entire planning and travel journey
Manage the planning process from inquiry through post-trip follow-up
Represent Curated by Caitlin with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
A genuine passion for travel and thoughtful client service
Tech-savvy and comfortable using/learning booking tools, CRMs, and itinerary platforms
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Bonus Points For:
Previous experience as a travel advisor or in hospitality/events
Existing client base or strong personal network
Creative skills such as itinerary design, social media or marketing
Familiarity with Virtuoso, Classic Vacations, or other global partners
This Role Is:
Commission-based, with access to competitive supplier relationships and industry training
Remote, with flexible hours and autonomy to grow your client base
Open to both experienced advisors and those new to the industry who are eager to learn and grow within a boutique agency environment
